Black Pepper Beef with Red Peppers Stirfry



Ingredients
  • 1 pound sliced beef
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • Add beef and fry until the beef is half cooked. Add peppers, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, brown sugar and black pepper. Fry until the beef and peppers are evenly coated with sauce.
  • Serve.
