- 1/2 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mango jam
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil. When the oil is heated, add the chicken to the pan and fry until half cooked.
- When the chicken is half-cooked, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and mango jam.
- Fry until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve warm.
