Green Beans and Carrots Stirfry

  • 1/2 pound green beans, cut into 2 inch sections
  • 1 carrot, peeled into strips with an apple peeler
  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

  • In a heated pan, add oil and fry the green beans. 
  • Add the carrots to the pan when the green beans are half cooked.
  • Add soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil, and fry until everything is cooked. 
  • Serve.
