- 1/2 pound green beans, cut into 2 inch sections
- 1 carrot, peeled into strips with an apple peeler
- 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Chinese soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- In a heated pan, add oil and fry the green beans.
- Add the carrots to the pan when the green beans are half cooked.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil, and fry until everything is cooked.
